Pulled Mistblowers 2 fans
Highest model in the range with an innovative high-performance design. A hydropneumatic sprayer with two fans has been designed to be pulled by a tractor from 85 hp. It has a fan located at the front of the machine and another at the rear, the direction of rotation being opposite to each other.
Innovative equipment designed by EXISTE-MELET that achieves these goals:
- Perform a perfect treatment of the tree, with the application of the product on both sides of the leaves.
- Maintain consumption achieved with conventional machines.
- Effectiveness and great performance, both in quality and work speed.
- Reach high working height, with specific towers for this (walnut, pistachio, avocado, etc.).
With this design, the front fan distributes the product in the opposite way than the rear fan.
The space between fans generates a moment of rest before the treatment of the rear fan.
Equipment
- Super reinforced chassis, with lower protections, made of steel, with the possibility of manufacturing it in stainless steel.
- Annovi Reverberi membrane pump (170 and 200 liters).
- Hydraulic two fans disconnection/connection at the same time, it facilitates the product loading operation and reduces the accidents risk.
- Cylindrical tank with internal breakwater, it facilitates product mixing as it does not have corners or corners and minimizes the risk of the machine overturning and allows complete emptying of the machine.
- External regulation of fans with a key in just 30 seconds.
- Double internal stirring, for a homogeneous mixture, even at low temperatures.
- In models with a cylindrical tank, filling with water and product from the lower part of the machine, without the need to do so from the upper part, avoiding the risk of accident.
- Machine control using conventional electrical control or possibility of incorporating various types of 4.0 technology control and work management (BRAVO180, WAATIC, ISOBUS, SMARTSPRAYER).
- Wide variety of wheels to choose from depending on the terrain and the planting framework.
- Axis with or without braking equipment.
- Rotary draft and homokinetic transmission.
- Double filter option in the suction line, with very good results in ecological products.
Pulled mistblowers 2 fan models can be manufactured with three types of tank:
- Cuba polyethylene: (the access model to this range)
- Polyester fiber tank JUNIOR model: (special model super reduced in height) especially 2000 l
- Cylindrical polyester fiber tank: (high capacity models up to 6000 l) with the advantages that this design provides, especially in quality of product mix, stability of the machine due to the incorporation of an internal breakwater and reduced machine width dimensions. This model has been developed together with the Polytechnic University of Huesca.
